1 week of growth and my little seeds are starting to sprout! My strawberries haven’t come up, but I know I buried everything way further than I should have — and with the strawberry seeds amongst the smallest I worked with, I may need to try those again.
Side note: After planting, I watched a video where they fluffed the soil and lightly press the seed down with the tip of a pencil. I was not that gentle.
When I re-potted the beans, I drilled drainage holes in the bottoms of my containers. I also pre-wet the potting soil — something I would not have known to do… thanks, YouTube teachers! I haven’t fertilized anything yet, but I plan to next weekend.
